Just a few more days until I take off on my second teaching adventure... and as always, I've grossly overestimated my packing and preparation skills, haha. There's soo much left to do before I fly out on Saturday! So naturally I've spent today doing absolutely nothing... okay that's not entirely true. I updated my iTunes library, did laundry and went on a lovely walk around Middle Earth. While I was wandering about, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful everything was outside (I decided to go back and grab my camera, haha). It's like we had a sudden season change overnight! Winter's definitely lingered around well beyond its welcome this year, and after eight solid months of gray skies and frigid weather, I almost forgot how much I love the Pacific Northwest when Spring rolls around. There's something uniquely inspiring about Spring: flower blossoms, new growth and rising temperatures are symbolic of change. Healthy change. Natural change. Growth and accomplishment. It's definitely time for some change! 
This time next week I'll be in Michoacan, Mexico, teaching at Colegio Interamericano de Sahuayo. It makes me unbelievably happy just thinking about all the 90 degree sunshine and massive amounts of Mexican food that I'll be indulging in!
Until then... I better get crackin' on the packin' :)
KATHERINE! You have no idea how excited I am for you! I think this is exactly what you needed. I hope you have an amazing time in the sun and eating D-licious food! I really hope I can come visit you at some point... (probably not but it would be cool!) P face. haha Ummm so I'm your only follower, thats cool. Loved your blog and your pictures... good luck packing... now I'm back to trying to finish my final paper! ah!
